Refunds
Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition and show no signs of use or damage.
Customers should contact Liagabi before returning any item. Return approval is subject to review. Handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, or design, and these are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or shipping. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies. Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
